Azumin Ashura Da Tasu'a... Halasci Ko Haramci?

🟥 Haramcin Azumin Ashura Da Tasu’a.

🛑 Matsaya:

A mafi yawan ra’ayoyin malamai da ruwayoyin Ahlul Bayt (a.s), azumin ranar Ashura da Tasu’a yana da laifi ko haramci idan:

1. An yi shi da niyyar murna ko farin ciki da abubuwan da suka faru a Karbala.

2. An dauke shi ibada mafi girma ko kamar na Ramadan.

3. An yi shi da nufin koyi da Yazidawa da masu murnar kisan Imam Husain (a.s).

📌 DALILAI NA HARAMCI:

1. 🔥 Dalili na Tarihi:

Bayan shahadar Imam Husain (a.s) a ranar Ashura (10 ga Muharram), Gwamnatin Banu Umayyah, musamman Yazid da magoya bayansa, suka mayar da ranar murnar nasara da bukukuwa.

An ruwaito cewa:

> "Yazid ya bada umarni a dauki wannan rana a matsayin ranar farin ciki da yin ado."

Azumin Ashura da ci da sha na musamman (alwala ta musamman, girki, da cin abinci mai dadi) sun samo asali ne daga wannan ƙirƙirar da nufin wanke laifin kisan Husain (a.s).

2. 📚 Dalili daga Riwayoyin Ahlul Bayt (a.s):

📖 Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (a.s) ya ce:

> "Wannan rana (Ashura) ita ce ranar da aka kashe Husain (a.s) da iyalan gidan sa. Ranar bakin ciki ce, kada ku dauke ta ranar farin ciki, kada ku dauke ta ranar azumi kamar na Salla da godiya."
(Bihar al-Anwar, j. 44, sh. 284)

📖 Imam al-Rida (a.s) ya ce:
> "Wanda ya azumci ranar Ashura a matsayin murna da godiya (ga Allah), zai kasance abokin Yazid kuma zai kasance cikin wuta."
(Wasail al-Shi’a, j. 10, sh. 457)

> "Ashura rana ce ta jin zafi da baƙin ciki, rana ce ta yiwa Ahlulbaiti kuka da jimami"

3. ⚖️ Dalili na Usul (Ka’idojin Shari’a):

Ka'idar fiƙihu a Shi’a ta ce: ✅ "Abin da aka yi domin goyon bayan zalunci ko jin daɗi da laifi – haramun ne."

Saboda haka, yin azumi da nufin nuna farin ciki da abin da ya faru a Karbala ko kuma bin abinda Yazidawa suka tsara – haramun ne a mazhabar Ahlul Bayt.

Haramun ne idan:
An yi shi da niyyar koyi da Yazid ko murnar abinda ya faru.

An yi shi da al’ada da aka gada daga zalunci.


Makruh ne idan:
Ba a dauke cikin murnar Ashura ba kashe wu Imam Hussain, amma yana iya janyo fassara da ba daidai ba.


Mustahabb ne (abu mai lada) a wasu fatawa idan:

Rashin azumi + juyayi Sunnah ce a Shi’a Domin nuna bakin ciki da tsayawa tare da Ahlul Bayt
Ziyara da kuka a Ashura Sunnah mai karfi Domin biyayya da tsayawa da Imam Husain (a.s)

✍️ Kammalawa:
A wajen ƴan Shi’a, Azumin Ashura da Tasuʿa haramun ne idan an daure su da nufin murna ko bin Yazidawa, kuma makruh ne a wasu ra’ayoyi idan ba a samu niyyar ƙyama ba. Ana karfafa juyayi, kuka, majalisa da ziyara a wannan rana – don cika wasiyyar Manzon Allah (s.a.w) wajen ƙaunar Ahlul Bayt da tsayawa tare da su a lokacin bala’i.

Uwa Ta Gari Da Alƙalamin Sheikh Imrana Haruna Darussalam  Uwa ta gari itace wacce ta tanadi waɗannan abubuwa kafin tayi aure: 1.
